Ulster Artist and Craftsman Karl Harron, born in Belfast 1953 is transforming the Contemporary Fine Craft of glass fusing and kiln-forming in Ireland, from a thriving Studio producing unique Designs and exclusive Limited Series for his growing number of local and International Collectors. Working from his Studio in Loughries, on the scenic Ards Peninsula, Karl also facilitates Private Introductory and Masterclass Workshops which attract clients from diverse backgrounds ranging from Glassmakers and Professional Architects to Interior/Product Designers and 3rd Level students.

Karl, who was Educated at Campbell College Belfast and the University of Ulster Faculty of Art and Design is currently involved in group and solo Exhibitions throughout Ireland, the U.K. and other prestigious International venues in the USA and France.

Karl participates in Bullseye Glass Company Masterclasses hosted by North Lands Creative Glass, Lybster, Scotland and the 3rd Level Teachers Forum has further extended Karls' understanding and appreciation of Advanced Kiln-forming Techniques.
